We have set a final deadline of February 28th. The actual download should be available a day or two after that. Check back here for details.

hi!
sorry for being clueless, but I downloaded the 100 Mb file from the link above, and have it - I just don't know the next step in how to install it. There's no readme that I found inside.
any help would be appreciated |

First, it should be a full GB, not 100MB. Please make sure that is the case. The folder you'll want to extract it to is C://Documents and Settings/Owner/MyDocuments/Neverwinter Nights 2. It will prompt you that you already have a campaign, hak, modules, etc folder. Overwrite all is the easy choice, it won't overwrite much if anything...unless you have a custom UI already. Seeing as you're not sure where to install this, I'll wager not.
If you have more questions or if this is unclear (or for some reason doesn't work), don't be afraid to ask. We're glad to help.
And most of all
Enjoy! |

| Installed everything (including fonts) as you recommended: got no text (empty buttons) in main menu and further. Any tips ? |

Try reinstalling Purg to a 100% clean Neverwinter Nights 2 user folder, if you had any files in it already. Especially other mods, as some of them have fonts and XML files of their own, which could be causing major compatability issues. We have a report of it being fixed this way in the other thread on this subject: http://www.roguedao.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1777
- You don't have to delete your other mods. You can rename your present "Neverwinter Nights 2" folder to "{foo} Nights 2", or whatever you like, and then rename the folder you extracted Purg into, to "Neverwinter Nights 2". When you want to play the other mods, switch the names of the folders around again (so your mods folder is now the boss "Neverwinter Nights 2", and purg is named "{foo2} Nights 2"). You'll only have one Neverwinter Nights 2 folder at a time, by name, active, and you won't have mod incompatibility this way.
